Today we catered for a small party of just 50 guests, it was for Doug’s 50th birthday at his lovely home in Chobham. We were serving our popular menu 1 option and were serving the hog roast pork with our homemade apple sauce, succulent sage and onion stuffing made with the pork juice and a lovely selection of white, whole meal and seeded fresh bakers rolls. We arrived on site nice and early and got to work roasting the Hog roast and setting up the serving area with our pop up gazebo and serving tables. All the guests came and spoke to us and we had a great time. The hog roast went down a treat and everyone at the party came back for more of the succulent pork. We left the family home leaving them with platters of left over roast pork. Doug couldn’t believe what a wonderful atmosphere we has really set for his guests. A great day had by hog roast Chobham.
