Our teams arrive at your venue between 7-8 hours before the service time and are completely self sufficient. We will bring a gazebo with us that covers the service area as well as serving tables, chaffing dishes to keep the food warm, serving utensils, tablecloths, napkins & the option of either disposable or proper crockery and utensils. Once you have indicated where you would like us to setup you can leave us to it taking all the stress of catering off your shoulders and onto ours. A range of meats are available to be roasted either in the tray or on the spit to suit your needs, we have catered for functions using all types of locally sourced meats such as free range chickens, succulent sirloin beef, welsh lamb, or always the most popular, our free range English bred pork. As a complement to the delicious meats, we prepare for you freshly made sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce or mint sauce, suited to your choice of meat. Soft floured 5 inch baps are the perfect size for filling with our meat, stuffing, & sauce to create an easy to eat meal on the go. We are also able to cater for any other breads, sauces and condiments requests you may prefer. Halal meat is also a possibility as are various vegetarian options for your guests.
Many different options of tableware are available, from disposable plates, napkins and cutlery to the finest porcelain dishes, cotton serviettes and polished stainless steel cutlery. It is a case of matching your style of event to your budget and with many years of experience we can always help if needed. From our outset in the catering industry, it quickly became apparent to us that the hog and spit roast was the most effective way to feed our clients in the manner we saw fit. By embarking upon our own in-house design and construction project in terms of hog and spit roasting machines, we have provided ourselves with world -leading hog roasting equipment. Our machines are made from the highest quality stainless steels, taking advantage of laser cutting and computer controlled construction. Put simply, our desire to create the finest food neccessitated the need to create the best machine. By doing this, not only do we underline our comitment towards offering no compromise when it comes to quality, but through this our customers can now hire a hig roast machine from us – or buy one! Our machines allow us to cook in any location in a highly controlled manner. Normally, our chefs will arrive 7-8 hours before the service time at the venue of choice. From here, our chefs will prepare the whole carcasses and place them on the spit – all from scratch and all in front of your eyes. Once our machines are up and running, our staff will then concentrate on other elements of your menu options. Unlike other caterers who may be ashamed of their produce, we have no problem in showing you the whole process – something which allows our clients to be involved and in. Our chefs bring all the necessary equipment for the service – including a weatherproof gazebo and serving table.
