Today we catered for a lovely party of 50 guests at the Sandhurst military base. We arrived at 4pm for an 8:30pm serve and got to work setting up our gazebo and tables. It wasn’t long before Alex our contact came out and offered us some hot drinks as it was a cold day. We got everything set up and got to work prepping the delicious menu 4 of hog roast pork, Mediterranean pasta salad, elegant green leaf and our homemade coleslaw. To accompany this Alex had opted for new potatoes in fresh herb butter and of course we served it all with fresh baker’s rolls, delicious sage and onion stuffing and a selection of handmade sauces. Floods of dressed up guests started arriving at around 6:30pm and everyone was in high spirits. The party was a roman theme and everyone had made a great effort with their costumes. Hog roast Sandhurst had all the goods prepped and ready to go for 8:30 pm and got to work serving the delicious menu to all the hungry guests. Throughout the night we received many compliments about the hog roast especially but in a whole the food went down a treat. Many people came back for more pork and everyone really enjoyed it.
