There’s nothing quite like a Christmas celebration full of great food and good company – and we had the absolute pleasure of bringing all of that to the Octopus Energy Christmas party last week! It was such a joy to be part of their celebrations, helping them celebrate in style with our festive menu, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have served for such a great company. Many companies across the UK reach to us year after year to provide their employees and client with our delicious, freshly-made hog roasts.
The company asked for a varied menu to suit all dietary tastes and we didn’t disappoint! The star of the menu was our succulent pulled pork, slow cooked to perfection by our professional team. Paired with sage and onion stuffing, this combination was an instant crowd-pleaser as a nod to the festive season – and it went down a treat! We also served roast turkey, golden and juicy, drizzled with our rich gravy. As Hog Roast Ashtead were asked to serve a vegetarian and vegan alternative, we served our delicious BBQ jackfruit, a perfect plant-based option that tasted just like the real pork version! Alongside that, we also offered a helping of sides including cauliflower cheese and a fresh veg medley. Of course, we couldn’t forget the pigs in blankets – a real favou
rite that guests loved.
