Beautiful Wedding Hog Roast in Ickenham!

Today we catered for Robert, his new wife and 120 guest’s at a fantastic location in Ickenham. Although the weather was a bit hit and miss the food went down an absolute treat and everyone was in high spirits throughout the occasion. We arrived in plenty of time and were given a space in the front courtyard to set up our 3X3 black gazebo and serving tables. We were quick to set up and brought the hog roast Ickenham out so that the guests could all see it as they passed into the barn. The ceremony was at 1pm sharp and everyone looked amazing as they took there seats. As we were outside, we prepared our salads and started to strip down the hog to leave enough time to get our BBQ and other items ready. Once the ceremony had ended most of the guests came outside and couldn’t wait to get stuck into the meal, we even had a few tasters for the crackling! We served at 3pm and the weather had just started to turn better as table by table the guests came up to be served. Many had large plates of food and couldn’t wait to sit and eat. Once finished our team professionally cleared all tables and the comments whilst doing so we’re extremely good.
On the menu we had our very popular menu 4. Succulent Hog roast Ickenham pork, slow roasted for 12 hours to ensure a pulled pork texture, served with our famous selection of breads and wraps. A variety to suit any taste bud! Sage and onion stuffing that has become the talk of the town and baby new potatoes dressed in herb butter. To accompany the great selection of hot food we served our homemade coleslaw, a fresh green salad using the finest lettuce leaves and added greens, and a tomato and mozzarella salad, using the very best baby cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. With a gourmet BBQ on the side which served handmade 8oz burgers, British pork sausages and a selection of Peri Peri chicken and minted lamb kebabs the food hit the spot in all the right places. We finished off with a selection of sauces including our stunning homemade apple and BBQ and dressings for the salad.
A main meal fit for a king and the comments that came back were only the highest. Another great Hogroast event in Ickenham.
