Hog Roast West Molesey were super excited for their latest event, when their client Linzi contacted them about catering the party the team jumped straight on board. It was full steam ahead from the minute that Linzi called, she wanted only the very best for her Fathers surprise 60th birthday party.
The party was happening at the family home, and the catering team: Shaun and Lou from Hog Roast West Molesey would have to arrive several hours before the guests. The 30 guests were set to arrive at 2pm and all the delicious dishes had to be prepared by that time. As soon as the team of two arrived in the garden where the party was taking place they set up the catering equipment and gazebo they got straight to work, ensuring that by the time the guests began to arrive at 2pm the food was almost ready to serve.
Shaun and Lou from Hog Roast West Molesey worked hard together to make the buffet a feast for all. There was a Classic Hog Roast with crispy crackling, stuffing and apple sauce, also sticky Pork Ribs and delicious sausages. Alongside these tasty treats there was Mac and cheese, chips, mixed salad, fresh coleslaw, corn on the cob, grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers and tempting BBQ pulled jackfruit. To round off the buffet was a basket of soft, gluten free rolls that everyone could enjoy.
All of these tasty treats were made by Lou and Shaun and were ready for just after the guest’s arrival at the party. As the guests made their way along the serving table they used the environmentally friendly, high quality wooden bamboo crockery and cutlery provided by the team.
The surprise went off without a hitch and Linzi’s Father was absolutely delighted by the surprise birthday party. Once all the food had been enjoyed by the guests Shaun and Lou discreetly tidied away and gathered all the rubbish made through the catering of the event, which they then took from site and disposed of responsibly.
The party was a great success, the birthday boy was thrilled with the surprise and absolutely loved the buffet the team had put together. It really was a magical birthday for Linzi’s Father
