On the menu this week for Hog Roast Camberley was a corporate BBQ for Zehnder Group UK Limited who are based in Watchmoor Point, Camberley. Our contact was Julie who was organising the event and briefed us on all of the dietary requirements of her guests and her vision for the day. Hog Roast Camberley catering manager Matt was then responsible for making it all come together into a delicious roast.
For this BBQ menu we would be supplying our southern slow roast options. This menu allows you to choose up to three different meats that you want along with lots of southern inspired accompaniments. Julie had chosen our perfect trio of BBQ Pork Butt, Cajun Spiced Whole Roast chickens and Texan 24-Hour Beef Brisket. This was all to be accompanied by lots of Memphis Style Crunchy Coleslaw, Greek Salad and Skin-On Southern Style Whole Baked Potatoes. Finally, for the vegetarians we had our specialty grilled vegetable and haloumi skewers which could easily be made suitable for vegans by omitting the cheese and adding extra veggies.

I Just wanted to say a huge ‘thank you’ for such a wonderful BBQ – the food was absolutely beautiful, tender, tasty and super fresh. Everyone really enjoyed the variety menu of BBQ Pork / Beef Brisket / Cajun Chicken – delicious. The salads were lovely and plentiful and the vegetarian haloumi skewers were a thoughtful touch for the non-meat eaters. You and Erica worked so hard to make sure everyone was very well catered for and it is very much appreciated by us all.
A great event from start to finish, great service, very efficient and friendly and a brilliant choice; highly recommended!
