Hog Roast Addlestone’s Ever So Popular Southern Slow Roast

If you’ve had the pleasure of a Hog Roast Addlestone feast served to you and your guests at a party or event already, you’ll know that our professional team members do their best to ensure you’re treated to gorgeous, fresh, homemade food. Regardless of the special occasion that you’re planning and regardless of its formality, we also go above and beyond to make each and every service one to remember and all of our long-term customers know this, why is why they come back and ask us to cater again and again.

We’ve known Bill and Penny for many years now, as we’ve catered several of their private parties, their daughter’s wedding and even some corporate events for their joint business. When Penny called us a few weeks ago, it was to book in another corporate function, where we would provide the food for around 50 guests. 

While you may well think that Hog Roast Addlestone is a hog roast company, which we of course are, we also provide so much more than that too. We cook fabulous hog roasts and amazing spit-roasted meats too, but we can also cook you a barbecue with ribs, gourmet sausages and handmade burgers, provide several courses, appetizers and sides or even wow your guests with our Southern Slow Roast Menu, which gives you three marinated meat dishes and four side dishes as well as a veggie option if needed. For Bill and Penny’s latest business party, the Southern Slow Roast Menu was just the ticket.

Having enjoyed this menu before, Bill and Penny knew they wanted it again but wanted to try different dishes served this time, so they asked us to cook Cajun-spiced chicken, Louisiana sticky pork ribs and Creole pulled quarter of spiced lamb, as well as make up our Memphis coleslaw and a Greek salad, and cook corn cobettes and our all-American mac and cheese.

On the day of the corporate hospitality event, our Hog Roast Addlestone chef and team members arrived at the business premises venue in the morning and by lunchtime, we had a whole array of tasty dishes ready to be served to the hungry guests.
