Hog Roast Addlestone recently catered Alan’s retirement party at home in his back garden, where he had asked us to cook a hog roast to make hog roast rolls for his 25 guests of friends, family members and colleagues. However, he also needed an option for a gluten-intolerant guest, and when we told him that our famous pigs in buns can actually be made suitable, just by bringing along extra gluten-free bread rolls for that guest, he was very impressed.
On the day of the gathering, our chef and catering assistant made their way to Alan’s home and set up in the back garden. Before long, we had a small hog sizzling away for hours on end while we watched over it. Later in the day, once the guests had all arrived to wish Alan well, it was finally time to serve up some tasty grub to all of the hungry people, including ensuring that the gluten-free guest could enjoy it just the same.
