Hog Roast Beacon Hill Shares Their Love For Food 

Foodie fanatic Eli was turning 40 and wanted something spectacular to celebrate therefore, Hog Roast Beacon Hill was called! Originally, Eli enquired about Hog Roast Beacon Hill’s speciality Hog Roast, that was until catering manager Shaun sensed Eli’s love of food and described their American-inspired Southern Slow Roast menu which Eli could not resist! Shaun could sense Eli’s excitement over the phone.

Typically, on this menu there are three meat options, however, Eli decided to pay a little extra to get a fourth meat option. Well, the Hog Roast Beacon Hill’s menu provides such a delicious choice that it is hard to decide which ones to have!

Eli had hired out a rustic barn venue that had a large dance floor, a well-varied bar and a cosy upstairs where people could just chill out and play board games. It was a lush venue that Shaun was impressed with! After communicating with Eli leafing up to the event, Shaun knew exactly where he needed to set up. As the weather has turned colder, the venue agreed that Shaun could set up inside left of the dance floor.

Hog Roast Beacon HillThe menu Eli selected is particularly wonderful as all the meats are slowly roasted on low heat for 24 hours. The meat just falls off the bones and the flavours are a party in the mouth as the meat hugs the rubs and marinades as it cooks. The guests enjoyed bourbon BBQ pulled pork, Texas-styled pulled beef and tangy pulled lamb. All tremendously tasty. The fourth meat option Eli choose was sweet and sticky BBQ ribs sprinkled with fresh spring onions.

On the side, guests enjoyed hearty and enjoyable Mac and cheese, creamy potato salad and tantalising Greek Salad. Shaun had made stuffed peppers for the vegetarian and vegan guests; a hearty substitute and they could enjoy all the sides.

Eli was ecstatic about the food, he loved it all but especially the flavour-filled beef and he was impressed with how much meat was on the sticky ribs. Mac and cheese is Eli’s family’s comfort food and Shaun received many compliments about his take on the family’s favourite pasta dish.
