Can you believe it’s officially autumn already? Neither can we! In fact, it only really dawned on us that summer had ended after Lorraine from Integrated Designs Ltd called up Hog Roast Feltham and asked us all about the range of foods we have on offer. The client was looking for a reputable catering service to help her organise a late summer BBQ for 40 people – and to say our team lived up to her expectations would be an understatement!
Like us, the tech innovation giant has been very busy lately, and to thank the staff for all their hard work and dedication, the client was looking for us to serve an irresistible spread – which at the recommendation of our team, was based on our southern slow roast menu – at their HQ in Feltham. Shaun, who is our catering manager here at Hog Roast Feltham, was immediately placed in charge of handling the event, and right away, his can-do attitude impressed Lorraine and left her feeling assured that the corporate event was in the best possible hands.
Lorraine was guided through each and every step of the booking process, which allowed her to easily create a catering package that best suited her needs. In the end, she had decided that our cajun spiced whole roast chickens, Texan 24 hour beef brisket and BBQ pulled pork butt with side dishes of buttery corn cobettes, Memphis style crunchy coleslaw, fries, and potato and mixed salads bordered with fresh slices of watermelon would be ideal for the day. On top of this, four vegan burgers served in our gluten-free buns were added to the menu for one small group whose diets didn’t include meat.
Knowing it would take a good few hours to cook the inclusive spread, Hog Roast Feltham turned up at the site hours before the midday serving time. Not only did this allow the catering trio enough time to get everything cooked and ready for the guests, but it also gave them plenty of extra freedom to line up the cutlery, condiments and crockery.
Before long, the staff descended on the car park, and wasting no time, they began filling themselves up with the glorious food, prompting a chorus of satisfied sounds throughout the site.
