Whilst Hog Roast Godalming enjoy catering weddings and private functions, we often find there is something especially satisfying about catering at corporate events. Whether that is because of how much of a bad rep corporate catering has got over the years and we take pride in revolutionising the area by providing delicious slow roasted foods or whether it’s simply because its often something different that showcases our business to many members of the public I don’t know! All I know is that we are lucky enough to be asked back time and time again by our corporate clients which we believe really is testament to the great job that we do.
Today’s event was at Weekites House at Charterhosue School in Godalming for seventy people. The catering had been booked by our client Edward who had liaised with our catering manager Greg to create the perfect corporate menu!
With a serve time of half past six we had plenty of time ahead of us to get everything prepared and onto cook. For this menu our guests get our Slow Roasted Hog Served with a Selection Of Fresh Salads or Vegetables which is truly a great way to enjoy your hog roast as a relaxed informal meal not to mention being a great option for larger amounts of people.
Of course, we also provide vegetarian and vegan options when required and so for this event we brought along our grilled vegetable and haloumi skewers which always go down so well with both meat eaters and vegetarians alike!
When serve time arrived, we sliced the meat and served into wooden crockery along with the accompaniments. It was really great to see all of the guests enjoying our food and we couldn’t help but hear the praise for our corporate menu! We hope to be back to cater at the school again in the future!
