One local family in particular has hired us more than 10 times to cater for a regular family event, and with another celebration on the horizon, Hog Roast Henley On Thames is gearing up to help them once again.
On the 25th of this month, our catering crew will be heading off to Harpsden Village Hall where we’ll be serving a delicious hog roast feast to 40 guests. And, since the guests already know what they’re in for, the excitement is running high as they count down the days until they can sink their teeth into our succulent hog roast sandwiches once more!
As well as a hog roast, made from free-range, ethically-sourced pork, we’ll be setting out all those lovely trimmings that get people talking. Crispy crackling, applesauce, homemade sage and onion
stuffing – you name it, it’ll be on the menu. As for sides, Hog Roast Henley On Thames has been asked to rustle up our mixed salad and gourmet coleslaw with a huge selection of rolls and wraps for guests to dig into. We’ll also be treating the meat-free guests to our grilled vegetable and halloumi kebabs with punchy sweet chilli sauce and cool and zesty tzatziki dip with flatbreads.
Everything will be served on disposable wooden plates with matching cutlery, making it easy for the guests to mingle while they munch – but that doesn’t mean the presentation won’t be top-tier! Hog Roast Henley On Thames never drops the ball when it comes to presentation, so these guests can rest-assured their meals will be just as Insta-worthy as our traditionally plated feast.
