Hog Roast Mytchett’s latest event was a very special engagement couple for new fiancés Kyle and Danielle. The team put their best foot forwards and delivered a first class buffet for the couples 30 guests to enjoy at the garden party in Farnborough.
The happily loved up clients worked together with the team to put together a buffet menu that was full of tasty, Classic Hog Roast dishes. However, the clients also wanted to include scrumptious vegetarian alternatives for their guests too, which the team at Hog Roast Mytchett were pleased to include in the menu.
Catering Manager Shaun from the Hog Roast Mytchett team was delighted to be tasked with producing the delightful buffet for the engagement party. The serving time for the buffet was set for 4pm, so in order to have enough time to set up the catering equipment and cook the food he arrived at the garden party venue in Farnborough by 11am. When 4pm came around there was a buffet fit for royalty set out on the serving table and the guests eagerly tucked in.
The main aromatic attraction at the buffet table was the delicious Classic Hog Roast, this was a succulent slow spit roasted pig that was served with crispy crackling, homemade sage and onion stuffing and an optional tangy apple sauce and tasty piping hot gravy. As well as that there was a large platter of vegetarian homemade quiche and lots of grilled vegetable halloumi skewers for the guests to dive into. Rounding off the buffet was a small mountain of soft gluten free rolls that all guests could enjoy.
As part of the catering package that the clients paid for the Hog Roast Mytchett team provided not only Catering Manager Shaun, the catering equipment and food but also the use of high quality disposable crockery and cutlery. Once the buffet had been enjoyed to the max by the 30 partygoers Shaun quietly tidied away, taking with him all the rubbish from the catering of the event.
It was a wonderful party and the clients and their guests were delighted with the buffet that Shaun created for them.
