On Wednesday Hog Roast New Malden were invited to a private event to celebrate the renewal of wedding vows for Mr and Mrs Tutcher. The couple booked us to cater their private event for 40 of their closest friends and family members. The garden where the vow renewal was held had been set up with round tables and dressed in white tablecloths, lanterns and bunting and the couple were also prepared with a large marquee in case the weather took a turn for the worst!
Hog Roast New Malden were led by Catering Manager Matt on the day and got set up in the garden in the afternoon to ensure the food was prepared for a serving time of 5pm. Mr and Mrs Tutcher had opted for our slow roast menu and had asked us to provide china crockery and cutlery for their event as it was a smaller and more formal affair. When choosing our slow roast menu we will invite you to select 3 different delicious slow cooked meats including pork butt, beef brisket and cajun chicken, served with a selection of sauces. We will then ask you to choose 4 side dishes to accompany your meal including salads, coleslaw and cajun spiced sweet potato wedges. We also provide a selection of grilled vegetable skewers, with and without halloumi cheese to suit both vegetarian and vegan guests. Gluten free rolls can also be included if any of your guests have dietary requirements.
The evening was a success and guests were really impressed with the selection of food and how friendly our team at Hog Roast New Malden were. At the end of the evening Matt and his team cleared the crockery and packed up their kit quickly and efficiently which left Mr and Mrs Tutcher to simply enjoy the night with their friends! Congratulations to them!
