Graduation season has come around already, and we’re busier than ever catering for graduation parties. After 3 or 4 years of hard study, what better way to relax and enjoy the next chapter than with a hog roast? Last week, we attended a grad party for Jeff’s son. And luckily, we were blessed with the weather. It was requested that we serve outdoors in the garden of their home in London. Come afternoon, friends and family started to arrive, and the party got into full swing.
In the lead-up to the event, Hog Roast Surrey arranged meetings with Jeff to discuss his requirements. After having a look through our extensive catering packages, Jeff and his son decided on our popular southern slow menu. It features BBQ pork, beef brisket and Cajun chicken. The hosts also made sure that any vegans and vegetarians were catered for too. Our grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers flew off the trays in minutes! We served our ever-popular mac and cheese, homemade coleslaw and potato salad for sides. But, there are plenty of options for you to pick from if you have a particular favourite.
