Hog roast Worplesdon today catered for a delightful 60th birthday/house warming party at a stunning newly renovated home in Worplesdon. Although the wind was against us we battled through and served up a great hog roast feast. Anne and her husband Pat were extremely friendly and welcoming into there stunning home. We had a serve time of 5pm and so arrived at 1 pm to be able to get all our serving tables and equipment in order, not forgetting the perfectly cooked hog roast pork. The hog roast was served with succulent sage and onion stuffing, juicy Lincolnshire pork sausages, a trio of tomato, basil and mozzarella, coleslaw and Mediterranean pasta salads, crushed baby new potatoes in herb butter, a selection of white, wholemeal and seeded rolls and homemade individual mini vegetable quiches that went down a treat with the vegetarians. We had a Perfect spot on the patio with great access to the rest of the garden. Guests arrived at 4:00pm and many were keen to watch myself and Paul prepping the few last bits of the menu before pulling the juicy hog roast pork out of the machine. There was plenty of food to go around and Anne had made a couple of salads herself to add to the hog roast menu. All the Guests really enjoyed the food and many came back for more. After service we slowly and gradually cleaned down and cleared away to leave family and friends to enjoy hog roast pork well into the early hours. We had some brilliant feedback on the day with customers also emailing in, to view please click here. A great hog roast event in Worplesdon and a great day for all.
