An office equipment company in Surrey host monthly lunch events for their team to enjoy, as a way to boost morale and enjoy a break from the usual canteen lunch. For the May event, our catering manager Shaun was hired to provide a tasty buffet for the 75 staff members and managers. After looking through Hog Roast Earlswood’s buffet options, it was decided that our classic hog roast was the ideal choice, as it is versatile yet simple to serve and incredibly delicious!
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Earlswood team arrived at the office building in advance of the 13:00 mealtime. As the sun was shining, we were instructed to set up our catering station in the car park next to the venue, as the staff were looking forward to enjoying a delicious lunch in the good weather. To begin with, the Hog Roast Earlswood team roasted the hog to perfection and ensured that it was cooked to perfection before it was expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls. Alongside the rolls, the guests also enjoyed sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, crispy crackling, seasonal vegetables, and fresh chips. This created a nutritious and varied menu, with plenty for every guest to enjoy. Our catering went down a treat and it was great to see so many hardworking staff members enjoying a well-deserved lunch served by our team.
