With one of our amazing Hog Roast Salfords standalone menus, we can wow your guests, regardless of the type of party or event you need catering. Our Southern Slow Roast is often featured at our long-term customers’ special occasions, and no wonder why, as you get to select three meats from a choice of five (which are all marinated in our secret rubs), as well as four sides from seven. Choose a trio from beef brisket, Cajun chickens, pork butt, sticky pork ribs and spicy lamb (which are all roasted low and slow on the day) and then four from our homemade coleslaw, jacket potatoes, mac and cheese, sweet potato wedges, corn cobettes, a Greek salad and a green leaf salad, and you’ll have a great feast for your guests to chow down on.
Our Hog Roast Salfords Loaded Fries may be the ticket instead, where we smother fresh-cooked fries with your choice of brisket of beef or pulled pork, either a zesty or spicy slaw, and then top with lots of melted cheese. Either way, it’s something that little bit different that we’re sure your carnivore guests will love!
If you’re inviting guests on special diets, like vegan or vegetarian, we have various tasty options on offer and we can also cater for food intolerances or allergies. Many customers have been surprised to find out that we can easily make our pigs in buns gluten-free, for example, simply by taking along suitable bread rolls and wraps. Whatever your requirements, just let us know when you book and we’ll do you proud.
Of course, you may well prefer a Hog Roast Salfords hog roast, or maybe barbecued or spit-roasted meat instead, and your wish is our command. Even if you’d like several courses, we can help you to create a multiple-course menu with some of our canapés, starters, sides or desserts.
Sometimes, though, one of our hog roasts made into pigs in buns is all that’s needed, and for a work party that we catered on Thursday, we roasted a medium-sized pig for hours until we had moist and tender meat and crispy crackling, crammed into soft bread rolls alongside our stuffing and apple sauce, and they were loved by all.
