Hog roast Crowborough
Today we had a brilliant hog roast event in Crowborough, the sun was shinning and everyone was in good spirits. The party was for an annual hog roast meet that Mark Rowley and his family hold every year just to get together and celebrate in the summer sun. The children were happily running around and everyone was chatting and laughing. We turned up with lots of time to spare, the free range pig was cooked to perfection after 11 hours of slowly roasting at our depot. 
The juicy pulled pork with our famous crispy crackling went down a treat with many people coming back for seconds. Many of the guests were intrigued as soon as we arrived, and once we started carving the whole place focused on our professional techniques as we pulled the tender pork from our spitting pig hog roast machine. Today was our popular menu 1 option, and so the hog roast was served together in a soft freshly baked roll with our homemade apple sauce and succulent stuffing to top it all off.
