We catered for a great garden party today at spitting pig Whiteley Village. Chris and Sarah had pulled out all the stops to impress their guests at their fabulous family home in the heart of Whiteley Village. It was Chris’s 40th birthday and so wanted to make it a really special one, which included a ho
g roast Whiteley Village. We arrived on site at 5:30pm for a 9:30pm serve and got to work unloading the van and setting up our serving tables and equipment.
The guests didn’t arrive until 7:30pm so we had plenty of time to get everything looking it’s best and to get most of the prep work done. On arrival the guests could smell the Hog roast pork and nearly every single person that came through the marquee commented on how wonderful it smelt. As the party started to fill, we served a little early as that’s what Chris and Sarah wanted. 
There were many of the younger generation that all came back for seconds and even thirds in some cases. We served a selection of tomato and mozzarella, homemade coleslaw and green leaf salads along with sage and onion stuffing and herb dressed new potatoes, it went perfectly with the hog roast pork and crispy crackling.
The whole event was a great success and Chris personally came and thanked us at the end for making his birthday one to remember. Another great hog roast Whiteley Village to remember.
