Client Tammy knew that she wanted the Hog Roast Faygate team to do the catering for her workers, it was a lunchtime treat to keep morale up. The team were thrilled to have been the number one choice for Tammy’s luncheon.
The Hog Roast Faygate team and Client Tammy worked together to create a buffet menu that would enchant the lucky 30 members of staff that were to enjoy the midday lunch. It was important to Client Tammy that the meal would have plenty of different dishes so there was something for everyone.
Chef Shaun arrived at the workplace venue several hours before the midday serving time. He was given plenty of space to set up the cooking equipment, gazebo and serving table. Once that was done he could focus on putting together the tasty dishes that Client Tammy had selected.
Every dish was made fresh by experienced Chef Shaun and was laid out nicely for when the guests made their way to the serving table at midday. They were greeted with a meal that was a treat for their eyes as well as their bellies.
The dishes that made up the buffet included the delights such as BBQ 100% beef burgers and Chefs own gourmet sausage, along with this there was an assortment of soft gluten free rolls for the guests to enjoy. There was also tasty vegetarian and vegan alternatives available, such as couscous and vegetarian lasagne. Other dishes at the buffet included piping hot seasonal vegetables and a large platter of warm new potatoes in an herb butter.
The guests tucked into the food with gusto and used the crockery and cutlery that the Hog Roast Faygate team provided. The waste from these and from the buffet in general was quietly gathered by Chef Shaun at the end of the serving. The rubbish was then all disposed of safely.
