In preparation for the summer, Hog Roast Camberley has been hired to provide our delicious BBQ menu at a community centre in Surrey. The event is being organised by Sharon, who volunteers at the community centre as an outreach officer, aiming to attract as many locals as she can to the venue. Providing a delicious catering option is a great way to attract people, as nothing brings people together like a good meal! For the catering, our manager Shaun was hired to provide a menu for 140 guests to enjoy, which is perfect for our Gourmet BBQ menu. This menu can be served efficiently to large groups and has plenty of menu options to choose from.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Camberley team will arrive at the venue in Surrey with plenty of time to prepare for the 6:00pm mealtime. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. The mains will all be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also available. For the sides, we will be serving homemade chips, a selection of seasonal salad options, crunchy coleslaw, corn cobettes, and sweet potato fries. This will create a varied menu with plenty of options to choose from, allowing every guest to create a delicious meal from what we have to offer. The Hog Roast Camberley team is looking forward to catering for this event and being part of something that will bring the local community together.
