Earlier this year, Steven contacted the Hog Roast Banstead team to arrange catering for the office Christmas party taking place at his workplace this December. Steven works as the manager of an entertainment company and has a team of 150 staff members below him. The staff are separated into multiple different teams, so it is only during events like the Christmas party that everyone gets to be in one place. Since the team is so varied, our catering manager Shaun has been hired to provide a delicious festive menu, complete with a few additional dishes to provide a well-rounded and balanced meal.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Banstead team will arrive at the venue in the morning and begin to prepare for the 2:00pm serving time. The star of this menu will be the whole-roasted turkeys, which are sure to be packed full of natural juices and flavour. Alternatively, the guests can enjoy succulent marinated chicken or a nut roast. The main dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by a variety of festive trimmings, including roasted potatoes, sprouts, pigs in blankets, and homemade gravy.
