Hog Roast Addlestone can cater for your charity fashion show this November

Hog Roast Addlestone When it comes to raising money for charity, there are so many different ways that you can go about it. Over the years, Hog Roast Addlestone has catered for all kinds of charity events, ranging from formal balls to sponsored runs. Here is just one of our menus that is sure to go down a treat this November…

This November, Hog Roast Addlestone catered for a great event at a community centre in Surrey, which was hosted to raise money for a deserving local charity. The event was organised by Cheryl, who created a great fashion event with a catwalk, discounted clothes, and lots of great offers. There was lots for everyone to enjoy and Cheryl planned a fantastic evening for a great cause. Alongside the entertainment, Hog Roast Addlestone was hired to cater for the occasion. We were asked to serve our classic hog roast, which was sure to be a great addition to the event. Our catering manager Shaun agreed that this would be the perfect evening meal and was sure to attract plenty of new customers to check out the event.

Hog Roast Addlestone On the day of the fashion show, the Hog Roast Addlestone team arrived at the venue in the afternoon and gave ourselves plenty of time to prepare for the 7:00 pm serving time. We began our prep by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection for around five hours. Once ready, the pork was expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, we served BBQ-pulled jackfruit for meat-free guests. For the sides, we served homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Overall, the event was a lot of fun and our catering went down a treat alongside the entertainment.
