We thoroughly enjoy getting involved with your celebrations and last month, Hog Roast Richmond was thrilled to be asked to cater for an 18th birthday party. It was a real blast, and we enjoyed every minute. The host asked for our classic hog roast, and we couldn’t blame them. It’s our signature dish that always gets the most attention from customers in Surrey. Like most 18th birthday parties, the hosts wanted guests to mingle as opposed to being seated throughout the evening. So, we served the buffet during a short interval before the lights went down, and the music volume turned UP!
We arrived at the venue several hours before the party start time to set up our equipment. All we need is our specialist hog roast machine and tools, a serving table and of course, the huge pig to get the process underway. We place the hog on the spit and revolve it on the flames until it turns juicy and crispy. We’re not exaggerating when we say that the aroma flooded the room…and it certainly got mouths watering. Oh, and not forgetting the sides of delicious stuffing and crackling that soon filled plates. What you may not know about us is that all Hog Roast Richmond’s ingredients are sourced locally. This means that everything is fresh when it arrives to us.
