The main course was our signature hog roast. It’s the dish our chefs are trained in and are passionate about. So, it’s always five-star-worthy. We slow roasted the pork to perfection over 6 hours. Although our hog roast is always a crowd-pleaser, we never forget about specialist diets. Therefore, we served delicious halloumi skewers as a meat-free alternative. And to our delight, they also received rave reviews. However, we can also offer vegan and gluten-free options too. Our flexible packages mean that there is always something for everyone.
