Hog Roast Beare Green’s latest event was a very special wedding anniversary. Long-time married couple, the Clients were loved up Gary and Rose and they were celebrating their special milestone with a few close friends at their house and Hog Roast Beare Green made the delicious evening meal that they all shared.
The happy couple Clients wanted a luxurious buffet for them and their 6 very lucky guests to enjoy, and the Hog Roast Beare Green team was only too pleased to help deliver a buffet that was full of tasty treats for them all to enjoy. The Clients worked with the team to make a catering package that met their needs and their budget.
Chef Shaun from the team arrived at the Clients home, where the dinner party was taking place, several hours before the 7pm serving time. There was plenty of space on the driveway for the catering equipment, and once it was all set up Chef Shaun could get straight to work producing the meal.
Everything was made fresh by Chef Shaun. For this event there was a light starter of homemade soup and a crusty bread rolls. For the main course there was Spit Roasted Spring Lamb seasoned with Rosemary and served with fresh Mint and a Mustard & Dill Sauce. Or if the guests preferred, there was Whole Roast Salmon to enjoy. Alongside these dishes there was lots of platters of piping hot seasonal veg and a tray of baking hot jacket potatoes. Following the main course there was two dessert choices for the guests, there was either chocolatey profiteroles or a zesty lemon tart for the guests to choose from.
The buffet was a great success and everyone was very pleased with the tasty treats available for them to enjoy. Once the buffet was over the rubbish was taken by Chef Shaun and disposed of safely.
Clients Rose and Gary thoroughly enjoyed their evening with their friends, the company was great and the buffet was as wonderful as they had wanted! It was a very successful evening and a job well done by Chef Shaun.
