For a summer party, our Southern Slow Roast menu is always popular, as it incorporates a wide variety of dishes into an informal buffet-style menu. As the name suggests, the star of the show is our slow roasted meat. You have the choice of 3, from the following options: whole roasted chicken, sticky pork ribs, BBQ pork, beef brisket and spiced lamb. Each option is slowly cooked with perfection, to lock in all the natural juices and flavours. Slow roasting meat is the best way to ensure it is packed with flavour… plus our secret recipe marinades and rubs! To accompany the meats we offer Jack Daniels Smokey Sweet BBQ Glaze,
Cajun Hot Pepper Sauce and Stubbs Legendary Hickory Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
Along with the meat, you also get to choose some side dishes. Our side dishes range from potato salad to mac and cheese- so there is something for everyone to enjoy.
