Our menu 3 option is by far one of the most popular choices that we offer, with many of our customers booking this menu year after year for their special occasions. Our team will prepare and cook your chosen foods to the highest of standards, all at the event there and then, so that you and your guests can enjoy being able to see your choice of different salads, potatoes and meats being cooked right in front of your eyes. The smell and sight of the great products we deliver are sure to build a great appetite, so that you enjoy the freshly prepared food as much as our past customers have.

Our range of different meats that we provide is all locally sourced UK produce, and most of which are free range to offer you the very best quality and taste possible. As part of a menu 3 option you could choose the traditional spit roasted pig, the sight and smell will ensure your guests appetite grows and, along with the accompanied side dishes, create a perfect all round meal. If the traditional spit roasted pig is not for you then we also offer fresh lambs studded with garlic and rosemary, spit roasted chickens with a choice of different spices, sirloin strips of beef marinated and skewered onto our customised spit and other meat options to suit your event. For Christmas parties our traditional Spit Roasted Turkey ensures succulent meat every time and when accompanied by our cranberry sauce and roast potatoes is a sure winner for this festive occasion.

For your menu 3 we can offer a wide range of various salads influenced from many different world cuisines such as crunchy oriental salads, buffalo tomato with basil and mozzarella, continental green leaf and many more which we would be delighted to discuss upon request. All our salads can be dressed with a wide variety of dressings from the simple Caesar dressings to the more exquisite homemade Asian influenced dressings that are guaranteed to bring out the unique flavours found in all of our ingredients.
