Earlier this academic year, Hog Roast Chiddingfold was contacted by Sarah, the president of the swim team at a local university. Each year, the president is in charge of organising a festive event for the members to enjoy, with a way for them to relax and unwind before Christmas break. This year, the university is hosting a Christmas ball, complete with a formal dining menu from Hog Roast Chiddingfold. The event will also include a formal dress code, which will be a great way for students to dress up and enjoy a luxurious evening together.
For the menu, we will be serving our formal festive menu, which includes three delicious and varied courses. Our menu will begin with canapes served as the guests arrive, with mini pizzas, an Indian selection, and succulent duck breast all on offer. Following this, we will be serving our delicious whole-roasted turkeys, which will be cooked to perfection on the day of the event. The delicious meat will be accompanied by all of the traditional festive sides, including pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and homemade gravy.
