Hog Roast ColdharbourWith our amazing new Alfresco Menu, you can impress your guests with a completely different way to enjoy a mouthwatering hog roast – by preceding it with delicious antipasti platters consisting of fine Italian meats, cheeses and artisan breads and following it with our scrumptious homemade desserts! You can wow everyone you invite with this informal menu, where our dedicated catering assistants serve the rustic-style platters to your guests at their tables, so that they can help themselves to what they fancy.

We first lay the serving tables with quality linens and napkins, as well as ethical bamboo crockery and cutlery, and serve the platter starter to you and your guests, which features salami, Prosciutto parma ham, Parmagiano, Gorgonzola and Buffalo mozzarella, to be enjoyed with ciabatta, herby focaccia, and breadsticks, together with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. If that’s not enough to whet everyone’s appetite, then the buffet-style hog roast main surely will, after it’s slow-roasted to perfection on-site at your venue for several hours before serving hot and fresh.

Once you’ve all devoured the antipasti platters, your Hog Roast Coldharbour chef will carve off the crackling and slice up the soft, tender meat morsels and then we’ll serve together with our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. You’ll enjoy your tasty hog roast alongside your choice of either roasted new potatoes with rosemary and garlic or buttered new potatoes with chives, as well as three salad dishes, including tomato and mozzarella, gourmet coleslaw and seasonal leaves with cucumber, bell peppers and spring onions.
