Today at hog roast Lowfield Heath we served up a great hog roast menu three for a company called Dolby Vivisol. The wind was very much against us but we battled through and were able to serve a great meal to all the hungry workers at Dolby Vivisol. We had an early serve time of 12pm and so opted to cook the hog roast offsite to ensure a mouth-watering hog that fell off the bone. As well as the tasty hog roast we served our spiced potato wedges, a choice of homemade coleslaw and an elegant green salad. Hog roast Lowfield Heath also served our great selection of fresh baker’s rolls, sage and onion stuffing that we made using the succulent pork juices and of course our homemade apple sauce. As an extra Matilda the team has opted for us to serve some traditional Lincolnshire pork sausages and for the vegetarians there were vegetable sausages and burgers on offer.
It was a very windy day and on arrival we had to fully secure our gazebo before doing anything else. Once this was done we got to work setting up our serving tables and of course making sure the lovely hog roast was on display for all to see. We left plenty of time to be able to prepare all our salads and other accompaniments for the delicious hog roast. As 12pm struck we could hear the patter of feet as the first of the 100 hog roasters arrived for their plate of delicious food. Everyone really enjoyed the food and especially the hog roast which many said was the best they has ever had. The hog roast and all of our food was a pleasure to serve to such appreciative people and every person commented on how great it all tasted. Another great event by hog roast Lowfield Heath and a great day all round. You can find Dolby Vivisol’s website by clicking here.
