Today at spitting pig, we catered for a great 40th birthday bash in Surbiton. We had a serve time of 9pm and so arrived promptly at 4pm to set up our 3X3 metre gazebo, serving tables and bring in the hog. 
We slowly roasted the hog on a low flame for 12 hours to ensure the hog roast Surbiton pork fell off the bone and of course there was plenty of crackling for everyone. The party was Caroline’s husband’s 40th birthday and they had dressed the house up with decorations everywhere. Once the guest’s started to arrive it was clear to see that everyone was in the party mood.
There were various different characters on show as it was fancy dress, Caroline being catwoman. Other characters included Fred Flintstone and the mad hatter. Everyone was a rugby fan and so before any partying was done, the rugby was watched. After this the whole event turned into an elegant red carpet event and everyone was seated for the hog roast Surbiton. Caroline had made some salads that she served with the hog and once eating, there was silence throughout the house. Some people came back for seconds and everyone applauded us for the great job we had done with the food. There was plenty left over and we left it for the party to pick at throughout the evening.
