We had two events on today; the first was a little birthday get together in a lovely cottage styled home in hog roast Nutfield. There was a large garden with a bouncy castle for the children to play on and David had set up some of his own gazebos with tables and chairs where people could sit, and of course there were drinks flowing. As soon as we, hog roast Nutfield got there and met David and his lovely wife we got to work, they had opted for our popular menu 1 with free range hog roast pork, fresh bakers rolls, homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing made using the juices from the pork itself. A lovely combination and David and his family definitely thought the same. We calved the hog roast in front of the guests to ensure they could see and smell the beautiful aromas that we were about to serve. As soon as we were ready everybody got stuck in and it wasn’t long before silence struck as they all sat down to eat; many came back for seconds or more and all the guests thoroughly enjoyed the tasty hog roast. As night came and the sun went down the ladies settled with a nice glass of wine whilst the lads had lager, all in all it was a great success and we at hog roast Nutfield would be delighted to cater for them again, David was very pleased with everything.
