Hog Roast Kingston were happy to be asked to cater for around 220 guests at a wedding held recently at Hampton Wick Royal Cricket Club in Bushy Park near Kingston and we went “all out” to ensure that terrific catering was delivered.
For all wedding events, Hog Roast Kingston can cater for any venue, budget and dietary requirements and we have a wide selection of menus to choose from ranging from informal hog in a roll catering to more formal sit-down events. We discussed with the client, which would be most suitable and they decided upon our famous hog in a roll option which is a firm favourite for any meet and mingle scenarios and for late afternoon at a wedding is a smart alternative to a traditional buffet.
Our chefs Rowan and Stu arrived well before the event was due to start and liaised with the organiser to discuss set-up time and access for loading which was pretty straightforward; we would be catering for around 220 guests and serving at 5.30pm. Once the guests started arriving we got the hog roast started so that everyone could smell the mouth-watering aromas to get the stomach juices flowing and this created immediate interest with many guests telling us that they have eaten our food before and couldn’t wait to get started.
Once the batting order had been confirmed, we started serving the delicious food with many guests commenting on how they were amazed at the choice and the high quality of the food. At Hog Roast Kingston, we really do pride ourselves on the high-quality produce that we serve and we know that there are many good caterers out there, but we feel that this is one element of our service that makes us not just good, but great!
