A 50th Spread for Forty Guests Thanks to Hog Roast Bisley

When you’re looking for a mouthwatering experience to be the star attraction of your party or event, you simply can’t go wrong with Hog Roast Bisley. Our dedicated professionals have spent many years catering to the masses, both locally and further away (as we’re often asked by customers to cater out of town or we sometimes cover for other franchises) and one thing is for sure – our food is mouthwateringly tempting!

Hog Roast BisleyWhile this includes the amazing traditional Hog Roast Bisley hog roasts that we’re famous for, which we cook from fresh on the day using high-quality meat from trusted suppliers, we are also proud to offer much more to our customers and their guests, and that’s because we want everyone invited to your special occasion to be able to enjoy great food, regardless of dietary requirements, personal tastes or appetite size.

So, we can cook a sumptuous hog roast and serve as delectable pigs in buns or a plated meal with veg, potatoes and all the trimmings, but we can cook you spit-roasted or marinated meaty mains instead or ones suitable for special diets like vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, as well as provide all kinds of additional dishes to suit all kinds of palates. From handmade canapés to a great array of starters, sides and desserts, as well as various standalone menus like our Southern Slow Roast or Loaded Fries, we’ve got something for everyone.

Hog Roast Bisley recently catered a 50th wedding anniversary party locally, where we were asked to make pigs in buns for most of the forty guests, but we also needed to provide a vegetarian option and some hot and cold sides. For the vegetarians, our tasty veggie skewers would do just the trick and sides of salad, coleslaw and spicy sweet potato fries would be suitable for all the guests too.

After a medium-sized hog sizzled away for hours on end, we carved to fill soft bread rolls with meat and homemade apple sauce and stuffing, filled pittas with halloumi and grilled veg for the veggies and freshly prepared the sides, and then it was finally time to serve.
