Hog Roast Farnborough were thrilled to be asked to by Nikki to cater at a private event for 130 staff at a colour themed party.
Hog Roast Farnborough has a range of menus to cater for all venues, occasions, clients and guests and we specialise in private parties like this alongside weddings and corporate events and always endeavour to accommodate all requirements professionally. For this type of event, the menus range from an entry level Hog in a Roll option to more extravagant, formal sit-down dining and this case, Nikki, asked for us to serve our Southern Slow Roast Menu with five meat choices, macaroni cheese, potato wedges, Greek salad and coleslaw.
Here at Hog Roast Farnborough we know that there are many good caterers for this type of event but one of the things that makes Hog Roast Farnborough great is not only the professional service and the very high-quality food, but also the flexibility and adaptability that we have to be able to tailor our menus for the clients’ requirements and although this menu choice was pretty straightforward, there are many occasions that we need to be creative with menu options to ensure that any guests with specific dietary requirements are catered for.
With a serving time scheduled at 7.30pm, we arrived well in time to set up our equipment and our chefs Paul and Bruno started roasting the hog; this usually creates immediate interest from guests close by and this event was no different and once we started to get the hog roasting, many guests came over to find out where the delicious aromas were coming from and with their mouths watering. With all of the other meats roasting and in preparing the other food too, Paul and Bruno were kept busy all evening and some of the guests had already sampled our food at previous events that Hog Roast Farnborough had catered for and many commented that every time the food has been delicious; feedback from this event was no exception too!
