We have been so busy since the festive season our phones haven’t stopped ringing at Hog Roast Oxted! And last week was a very busy week; mid week we were out catering for a corporate event for a new client we hadn’t catered for before.
We arrived and were met by the director of the company who was happy to see us and said he had heard a lot of nice things Hog Roast Oxted, which was nice to hear. We were shown into the board room and wasted no time in setting up we all have our jobs to do and we work like clock work. We set up the large machine and placed our pig on the machine to cook our pigs are from our trusted farmer who has been with us from day one and never fails with quality. We scored the skin and placed rock salt on the skin to create the perfect crackling the room smelt amazing within minutes as our pig spun happily away on the machine cooking. We placed basket of fresh rolls in lots of shapes and flavours on the table and our staff were ahead of their game as usual and busy chopping the salad vegetables and placing them in bowls. We filled the table with dips and condiments and a large dressed poached salmon was placed on the table along with a cheese board we stood back to admire just before the guests came flooding in.
The guests watched as our chef removed the cracking and cut it into slices the guests tasted the cracking and were giving us amazing complements they all watched in amazement as he carved the pork so moist and tender and oozing with goodness! The guests were filling up their plates and coming over to us telling us how god the Hog Roast Oxted food tasted and they had never had a spread as good ever at these events. The company director said he would like to use us on a regular basis and we were thrilled to hear this! We set off home tired but happy and knowing we had secured another regular was very satisfying to hear.
