We had a call from Justin the other day- Justin is a regular of ours and he asked us how we were fixed to cater for him at the weekend with a Hog Roast Pirbright as his friend was visiting from America and he was having some friends over. We told him not to worry we would be there. We have had lots of work last year from Justin over the past few years and we now consider him a very good friend.
When we arrived at Justin’s home we were greeted by him and we chatted he was telling us that he hadn’t seen his good friend in over 20 years and he was saying how he’s so happy to see him again, as he drove to the airport to collect him and we began to cook! We placed some beef on the machine our beef is top quality and combined with our amazing machines the result is the finest beef ever. We then set about making some vegetable skewers we threaded tomatoes, mushrooms, slices of courgettes, onions and cheese onto sticks and set them aside to cook last minute. Justin had set out a large table and we covered it in a cloth and lots of cutlery and crockery, we then placed some baskets of freshly baked buns on the table and our huge selection of condiments. We then began to mix some dips and dressings to go with the lovely salads we had lovingly prepared and we were on track with the time as always we never like to keep guests waiting to eat and when a time is arranged to eat we always make sure that the food is ready to serve at that time. Justin pulled into the drive with his friend and the other guests followed and we were greeted by big smiles. Justin’s friend Peter was rubbing his hands together saying he had heard all about our Hog Roast Pirbright food and had been looking forward to taste it.
The beef fell apart to tender and Peter said it just melted in his mouth the other guests also filled up their plates and all were happy. we had a lovely day and left the friends to catch up on a full and hearty stomach.
