For a private party that we catered last night, our new customer was excited to look through all of our possibilities so that she could choose the best options for her guests. With mainly carnivores invited, she decided on a hog roast so that we could make pigs in buns for most of the forty guests, but we also needed to provide a vegetarian dish, which would be our very popular veggie skewers, and two sides to suit everyone.
Yesterday afternoon, our skilled Hog Roast Milford team cooked a medium-sized pig for hours on end, until it was tender and moist inside but with a crispy, salty outer, and also freshly made the veggie option of skewers with halloumi, tomato, mushroom, courgette, red onion and mixed peppers. Then once the sides of homemade coleslaw and jacket spuds were done, it was time to carve the hog and feed the hungry guests lots of tasty food.
