For a wedding that we catered recently, which was inspired by The Lord of the Rings, we cooked our amazing Southern Slow Roast Menu for 120 guests. With this particular menu, no one will go hungry at your party or event, as it features several meats and accompanying dishes, with the former being roasted low and slow and the latter a variety of foods to suit the varying tastes of your guests. For this wedding meal, our chef Paul roasted pork, beef, and lamb at a low temperature for several hours, to be served alongside dishes such as our roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes and a selection of garden-fresh salads.
The marquee venue itself looked absolutely fantastic and very apt for The Lord of the Rings theme and it was our Hog Roast Nutfield chef Paul who set it all up while the meats were sizzling away. The tables looked gorgeous and perfect for the food that we served on this day. By the end of service, dozens of guests had all had their hunger satisfied by our tasty food so we quietly cleared away so they could enjoy the rest of the evening.
