Hog Roast Fetcham catered a wedding anniversary party on Sunday afternoon, where we made lots of scrumptious pigs in buns for thirty hungry guests. Our chef and catering assistant arrived at the venue, the couple’s home, in the morning, and set up our equipment in the large back garden and before long, we had a hog roast sizzling away to perfection for several hours while we watched over it. Later in the day, we got the rest of the ingredients ready – so our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, the bread rolls and wraps, and plenty of condiments, and by 3pm, we had some gorgeous food ready to satisfy all the guests.
